As part of our CSR initiative and in line with our values, we at the JHB Eye Hospital strive to help our community wherever we can.
We recently donated 4 beds and a baby crib to support this wonderful organisation – The Lambano Sanctuary.
Lambano Sanctuary is an accredited HPCA organisation that provides care to children with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.
The organisation was established in 2001 and has grown into four homes that permanently care for children between the ages of 9 and 19.
Their first Paediatric Medical Stepdown Facility was opened in 2009. Lambano’s aim is to care for children and provide social support to families.
